CGB-EBB-HA. Lucien Goggin Maltby, b. Aug. 18, 1857 (Ralph R.7, Tim.6, Tim.5, Sam.4, Sam.3, Sam.2, Wm.1). m. Sept. 1895, Frances Boling Goggin. She was b. in Hempstead, Texas, dau. of "Betty" Page. i.e., otherwise "Elizabeth Nelson Page, Great-Granddaughter of Governor John Page and of General Thomas Nelson, signer of the Declaration of Independence and Governor of Virginia." Her father was General James M. Goggin, who was on General Lee's staff. Both parents were born in Virginia, but resided in Texas. Thomas Nelson Page was own cousin of Betty Page. At one time Mr. Maltby was a member of the Maltby Association. Res. Washington, Kentucky.
